This appears to have been printed in 1892. The date when it was used appears to be 1946 --- if you look close at the latter date, you'll see that the 18 was crossed out to write in 1946. Very unusual piece. Piece may ship rolled.Poster in French. Heavy stains, folded to fit in frame. Some holes on the edges. See photos.
