Description This vintage clock was acquired at an estate sale in Western Illinois. It is appealing, desirable & collectible.

This is a fanciful automoton clock featuring a small bird with a circular mechanical movement. Time is kept by a revolving numbered display as the little bird moves back and forth with every tick tock of the clock. It is all housed within a gilt metal cage hanging on a curved chrome support and raised on a circular marble base.

We present this piece exactly as it was when acquired. No attempts to clean this item have been made by us. All functions work and it keeps good time. The bird\'s color has faded over time. The base is missing a support mount. The stand and clock could use an overall polish. These issues do not detract from the overall appeal of this old clock. Watching this clock keep time will bring enjoyment to any home or collection.
