Clearly stamped on the bottom “THE DRAKE CHICAGO”.
Please examine all photos to determine condition and measurements. It’s as I found it and I did not attempt to clean the piece. There is some obvious wear and minor damage. Other than that the bowl and base are solid and one piece. Unsure on the metal. Your guess is as good as mine. I didn’t see any other markings on the piece.
