You are purchasing a 3-piece teacup set made to commemorate the Coronation of HRH Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.The set is an Official Design and consists of a cup and saucer, and a side plate.
All three pieces are intact, in good condition, with no chips or cracks, and are three pieces are highly decorative.
There is some age appropriate wearand tear, perhaps most noticeable on the gold trim of the saucer.
This set was manufactured in England, and is marked on the underside as an Official Design - British Pottery Manufacturer\'s Federation. This emblem is over stampedwith \"England\" and a number, possibly a QA number.
The set approximately 3.25 inches tall, and approximately 6.5 inches at the widest point, when the pieces are stacked one on top of the other, as if for storage in the display case.
