VTG Bartolome Esteban Murillo “Beggar Boys Playing Dice” & Pie Eater LG Plates:

These are a pair of BEAUTIFUL, LARGE, vintage heavy, porcelain, highly decorative plates; depicting beggar children portrayed by the iconic, famous, Spanish Old Master, Bartolome Esteban Murillo.  Made in Germany by Saltzman Widen.  The plates are both in good condition, with some minor scratches to the surfaces. On the back of the plate depicting the pie eater, there is what appears to be a crack, but upon closer inspection, it can be seen that it\'s a streak of background paint: Please see last images.
