The Outer box is in rough condition. Florida humidity got to it and age and the box is literally falling apart but everything inside is sealed factory inside of Styrofoam and plastic so nothing inside is anything less than brand new. This is a very heavy and big village. The package is going to weigh 20 pounds and it’s going to take a 24 x 16 x 19“ box. This is your entire Norman Rockwell Christmas village 10 piece set. In brand new mint unopened condition. The only thing bad about this is the actual outer packaging.
