Very Rare Augustus Rex Meissen

Brandy/ Cognac Set for Two.

An Early 1700s Harbor View intricately painted surrounded by detailed decorative gilt patterns adorn the pitchers and cups.

A Holding tray designed for sea faring sailing/travel, is beautifully decorated as well with delicate florals and gold gilt.

An incredibly unique set with 2 pitchers 2 cups and holding platter.

Pitchers 8” height x 1 5/8” base

Cups 1 3/8” height x 1 3/4” diameter

Platter 11” length x 8” width 1 1/4” height

In great condition considering its age and use, there are imperfections throughout from fade of gilt, one small chip on bottom of pitcher, light crazing on pitcher, and some staining inside one pitcher, a light museum wax residue through ought that was used to keep pieces from sliding and falling, can easily be removed. Please look over photos carefully when considering purchase.
