This is an absolutely beautiful piece of statuary. The faces are so well painted. I love the adoring look of Mary towards Jesus. the gold details are nicely done. There is a very small chip at the front bottom of the base. It can just barely be seen when it is standing. Otherwise, it is an excellent condition.
