A beautiful antique French table / mantel clock. Made in France in Louis XVI style in the 19th century.
The clock has the original patine finish. It is just cleaned. It stands on a beautiful decorated console. The console is attached to the clock. It is a heavy clock of high quality. This beauty shows a putty with wings on the top . The putty is holding an instrument.
The clock is beautiful rich decorated with typical Louis XVI decorations.
The dial is made from enamel and it has Latin numbers on it. The dial is protected by a glass door that opens and closes smoothly. The back of the movement is protected by a bronze door.
It has an 8 day movement and strikes every half & whole hour. The movement is recently cleaned, checked and oiled by a professional clock maker.
The clock comes complete with pendulum, bell and winding key.
The measurements are about:
CM: 48 cm high x 18 cm deep x 33 inch wide
INCH: 19 inch high x 7 inch deep x 13 inch wide

The clock is in very good condition. It is in working order and recently checked.
