UPDATE: Rob Dyrdek’s Matte White Tahoe is All New – Platinum Motorsports Style
Only a few days ago I was shooting my mouth off that Rob Dyrdek had transformed his old flat black, aka Murdered Out Tahoe into a Matte White Storm Trooper when he was spotted running around Irwindale Speedway at the Grand Finale of Formula D but boy was I wrong.
Anyways, Rob's latest whip, this matte white Chevy Tahoe with matte black wheels was actually prepped for Rob by the guys (George and Jack) at Platinum Motorsport on Melrose.
Rob, the new whip is sick, may the force be with you!

Rob Dyrdek Cars are very distinct. While he used to do matte black murdered out cars, he now seems to be more into having his cars all white. Rob Dyrdek cars also seem to be extremely unique. From their matte paint jobs to having racing stripes with his companies logos, Rob Dyrdek cars have their own unique flair.

Dont mean to be rude but his murdered out tahoe is not the same car as this tahoe. I saw his murdered out tahoe the other day. He sold it to Danny Kass, This is an all new tahoe.

This is a totally different car. The body style is not the same and this is the new 09 body style and murder black UVA was an 08. You can tell the 2 cars apart.
No thats not a new body style Tahoe or the rear bumper would be different and more like the Escalade ones, trust I know because I have one!

The one he gave away to the skater kid was an older tahoe.. a generation before this one and it was not flat black it was glossy black. He replaced that one with I believe an 08 tahoe which he painted flat black… not really sure but this could possibly be the sasme one only repainted matte white. It is the same body style and he could have easily removed the tints and replaced the rear tail lights. Besides I havent heard of him having sold the flat black one to anyone. In any case this Tahoe is sick! As a matter of fact.. Rob was my insperation for my murdered out Mercedes ML on all black 22 inch HRE’s. After seeing this one I replaced it with a white ML which I plan on throwing all black 22 HRE’s…. SICK!

For 1 his first SUV the “UAV” was not a Chevy Tahoe. It was a 06 GMC Yukon Denali. There is a big difference between a Yukon Denali that’s AWD and has the 6.0L and the Tahoe which looks completely different and is selectable 2wd/4wd and has the 5.3L unless you get the 09+ LTZ trim model where the 403hp 417ft lb. 6.2L is available. Both of his Tahoe’s are the same model as the 07-2010′s.

Hey Josh, the tahoe does not have the option to upgrade to the 6.2l engine.. I looked at all LTZs and 5.3 is the highest engine u can get. Even in the 09 and up models

They changed a few things 09+ from the 07/08 tahoes.
This one is obviously new.
He actually did sell the old matte black tahoe to danny kass and luke trembath in 08 then he bought the new flat white tahoe, and on the new one before he had the white rims that are on it now he had black ones which where stolen, & all his rims on every car he owns have 22′s.. well except for the t-rex,camaro,aston martin & his ferrari 458 italia that he recently got.. just so ya’ll know
