Provenance: Was purchased in the 70s in or around Cherokee, North Carolina. Was found in a barn in South Carolina along with about 10 other belt buckles. One of which was marked with a sales sticker from a shop in Cherokee that is where the assumption that this one also came from Cherokee came from. I am also assuming that it was owned only by the owner of the barn and then myself (I acquired it in 2023).
