Description : Extra rare originalvintage photograph from the renown Paris-Match French magazine.Sharon was captured on set of the film \"Eye Of The Devil\" by Philippe LeTellier for Paris-Match at theChâteau de Hautefort, France.This impossible to find original is bearing an IMS dated credit stamp for 6 OCT 1965.
Eye Of The Devilalso known by its working title 13or Thirteen,is a 1966 British mystery Horror filmdirected by J.Lee Thompsonand starring Deborah Kerr, David Niven, Donald Pleasance, SHARON TATEand David Hemmings.Based on the 1964 novel Day of the Arrowby R. Estridge.The movie is set in rural France. It was shot at the Château de Hautefortand in England.Eye of the Devilwas popular in Europe. It has acquired a degree of cult status since, largely due to its surreal themes and the murder of Tate in 1969,as well as the distinguished supporting cast.

Sharon Marie Tate Polanski(January 24, 1943 – August 9, 1969) was an American actress and model. During the 1960s, she appeared in advertisements and small television roles before appearing in films as well as working as a model.After receiving positive reviews for her comedic and dramatic acting performances, Tate was hailed as one of Hollywood\'s most promising newcomer.She made her film debut in 1961 as an extra in Barabbaswith Anthony Quinn.She next appeared in the horror film Eye of The Devil(1966). Her first major role was as Jennifer North in the 1967 film Valley of The Dolls,which earned her a Golden Globe Awardnomination.On August 9, 1969, SharonTate and four others were murderedby members of theManson Family, a cult, in the home she shared with Polanski. She was eight-and-a-half months pregnant.
