** These items have not been verified. The script and plaque were bought at an sale at St. Rose of Lima Church in Simi Valley, CA over 30 years ago. They have been kept in storage ever since then. The plaque is in immaculate condition. The script has some natural aging, but is in good condition. There is no wear from the "binding".
