These were only given to WSL employees who survived the Titanic sinking.This pin is mentioned in Violet Jessop's book Titanic Survivor.
Violet wore hers as necklace. In the book it states that it was one ofher most prized possessions. (Book not included in sale)
Stewardess Violet Jessop holds the dstinction of having survived both the sinking of the Titanic and Brittanic & being on board the Olympic when the mishap with the Hawke occured.
According to the book this, "In Memory of Titanic" pin was only given by the White Star Line to surviving Titanic crew members.
There were only 212 surving crew members.
One wonders how many of these pins survived of the 212?
