We reserve the right to remove the background of your image when engraved unless stated otherwise in the Engraving instructions Form or in the emails that you send us.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee that your engraved photograph will have the same level of detail as the ones from the advertised items. Some photographs appear clearer than others, due to quality, level of detail and light of image provided. Low quality images will be enhanced to our best efforts but we cannot be held at fault if you feel the images are not clear enough when engraved. The items are customized, due to this they cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our part.
