This is a low grade item. The story will be complete and readable, but the item itself will have major defects. Allowed defects for this grade include: vertical book-length crease, spine split up to two inches long, detached cover or centerfold, writing or other marks on the cover, major tears, piece or pieces missing, water damage, heavy discoloration or brittleness due to oxidation, and other types of discoloration, staining, or brittleness.

Description

Origin of Warlock and Counter-Earth in "And Men Shall Call Him Warlock!" Script by Roy Thomas, pencils by Gil Kane, inks by Dan Adkins. This is the first appearance of Warlock, who was previously the character "Him" in Fantastic Four (see issues 66 and 67) and Thor (issues 165, 166) comics. High Evolutionary guest stars. Brief appearances by the Hulk and Thor. Kane/Adkins cover.
