- Pictures showing multiple views of the damageditem (e.g.,Pictures of the front side of the item, back side of the item, etc.)
- A summary description of the damage (e.g., The box was damaged when it was delivered to my home. The box was crushed/torn/wet, etc. and when I opened the box, I found that the item was cracked).
- Claims for Damaged Items...Once I receive the required information from the customer for the damaged item,I will file a claim with the appropriate entity (USPS, , etc.) to determine any refund owed to the customer and/or requirements for the customer to return the item.
- Lost Packages...have rarely occurred but can happen through USPS even with package tracking.
