Top pan is very used with many burn marks that likely can be removed with a good cleaning .
Also it has a thin crack that goes from the I side do the outside with chipped paint. I have included photos of this and circled the issues.

The bottom pot is in good condition.
Both pieces have scratches on bottom from use.
