ALL ITEMS are new and never opened however they may or may not have some box damage or heavy box damage. We will do our best to indicate in the description as well as the photos. We will always try to have photos of all 6 sides of the pop.

We check our items thoroughly and will try to list any imperfections we find. We might miss something so please view all of the provided pictures along with the written description.

All items are new and sealed in box unless otherwise noted. If the boxes have some wear and tear we will include pictures of dents, creases, etc…If you would like more pictures please request before purchasing.

We try to keep the shipping costs down by using USPS however we reserve the right to use FedEx or UPS.

There may or may not be a handling fee, it really depends on how the item has been listed and the size of the order/item.

If there is a flat rate for shipping that includes the handling. if it has USPS or another carrier then there is no handling only the shipping charge. The handling fee helps cover our time and the cost of packing materials to ensure your item arrives in the same condition it was shipped.

Please Note (before buying)

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipping. We do carefully pack each item and want to ensure the safe arrival of the item; therefore we recommend adding insurance. Before completing the checkout process, request an invoice with the insurance costs added.

We like to save our customers as much as we can so we also offer combined shipping. If you purchase items from multiple sales and would like to combine your orders and shipping PLEASE send me a message before paying so we can send you an invoice with correct shipping charges. If you forget or have it set up to pay when the sale ends we can still combine your order we will just issue a refund. Please note that calculated shipping is based on USPS. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via FedEx or another carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

If you're outside of the USA, we do offer International shipping on some but not all of items. If it not offered please reach out and we can discuss.

RETURNS

Normally we WILL NOT accept returns for items, however if the buyer feels the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED then we can discuss the return. Please ask all questions before purchasing. We want an enjoyable experience for everyone, so message us through messages and we’ll work something out if you are unhappy. 

When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned.
