We charge a 25% fee for order cancellations excluding items that have been delayed or discontinued by the

manufacturer. Please consider this before you make your purchase.

All pre-order items purchase are guaranteed, we do not take more orders than we can accommodate. In the

event that the manufacturer cannot fulfill our orders, your purchase will be refunded in full.

Returns

ReturnsAll new and sealed items must be returned sealed and in original packaging to receive a refund on your

purchase.We do not offer partial refunds on new items. Items must be returned for a refund.

Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange for the same or similar item if you choose. Please

providephotographs of the item defects on your return or exchange request. We must receivethe defective item

beforewesend a refund or replacement item.You will be reimbursed for shipping on defective items.
