This cross is from my mother’s estate collection. She acquiredthe stones on her visit to Machu Picchu many years ago. There, a local shaman offeredhis blessings and incantations to empower the stones with the spirituality of MachuPicchu.

Bertha, upon her return to Lima visited the shrine to St.Rose and there the local Catholic priest blessed the cross she had made inCuzco. Bertha told me this story many timesand I have decided to let the cross go (with its history) to the nextcaretaker.

The cross is i.5 inches hanging length and it weighs 7grams with the sterling setting and stones.
