Incredibly rare pokemon center official commemorative pin set released in 2002. Only 300 in the world and usually only pops up on the market once every few years. The outside acrylic case has some damage from 20 years of storage but the pins, paper, and plaque are all perfect. The case can easily be replaced. Price is lower to account for this as well.
