Rocker, Sammy “The Red Rocker” Hagar has an impressive car collection that includes not one, not two, but six Ferrari’s. So how do you top a collection of multiple Ferrari’s? By adding another one and not just any old Ferrari but one of the most sought after super cars today — the Ferrari LaFerrari. Sammy’s collection, which he started back in the early 70’s also includes over a dozen classic cars, including a Lotus, several vintage Ford Roadsters, and an Aston Martin so this LaFerrari will be in good hands.

In a recent interview with Yahoo, Sammy described his need for speed. “I couldn’t be more excited, and I’m buying it to drive it, I suspect I might even have to take some more driving courses to really be able to pilot this baby with confidence. From everything I’ve read about the LaFerrari, you need to recalibrate your brain when you get inside.” said Hagar.
Hagar will be flying to Ferrari’s factory headquarters in Italy so that he can be fitted for the cars custom drivers seat. While there, he’ll also pick out the cars exterior paint and interior finishes.
It’s nice to know that once Hagar takes delivery of the car he’ll actually be putting the car to the test and getting it out on the road unlike some celebrities that would buy it just to buy it but not know how to handle it.
