Vintage Matt Gold Gilted Brass / Metal Cherub & Floral Furniture EmbellishmentsA beautiful set of 9 consisting of;* x2 cherubs { each slightly different in design and facing away from one another }* x1 floral arched pediment* x6 tapered floral embellishments
These are old and reclaimed. The cherubs and pediment are made from solid cast brass and gold guilted. The floral embellishments appear to be made from a lighter metal, possibly alluminium and gold gilted.
Brass with matt gold guilt embellishments which can be used for furniture, mirror decoration, repurposed or up-cycled projects.
PLEASE NOTE that there are no mounting holes on any except the arched floral pediment but a very short screw and screw hole is on the back of each of the others, see photos for details.Please also note that the guilting had worn on some of the pieces more than on others, making a darker and duller patina. 2 of the tapered flroal embelishments have previously been distressed with some areas of silver paint but this has mostly worn away.
A simply beautiful reclaimed set.
Dimensions approx; Cherub 1; 13.2 cm x 11.8 x 1 cm. weight 240g. Cherub 2; 13.2 cm x 13.8 cm x 1 cm. weight 230g. Arched floral pediment; 16.7 cm x 3.8 cm. weight 112g. Tapered floral embellishments; 22.8 cm x 3 cm x 1.3 cm. weight 80g.Colour may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting conditions.
