My take (yes I have this pattern in my collection) the pintucks, fit and flare AND raised waist make this dress a sure “flattery will get you everywhere” encounter. If thats what you’re motivation is here. If you are looking to collect, its uncut, Good+ condition. One more tip! It is an medium to advanced skill level with the pin-tucks and etc. Some of us like a challenge, others not so much. I know someone that made this in sturdy silk, it came out gorgeous!
