This is a vintage Vogue sewing pattern, # 1253 in size medium according to the package. \"Medium\" was smaller 40-some years ago than it is today, so please read the detailed measurements on the back of the envelope, which I have enlarged for easy reading. According to the pattern, this will fit bust 34-36\".

The pattern is called Focus on Embroidery. It is for a traditional Mexican folk wear-style dress, blouse or top and scarf, featuring the colorful embroidery typical of those garments. embroidery stitch directions are given along with garment construction details.

The pattern is UNCUT and the pattern tissues look to be in the original factory folds. Both sheets of instructions are here and very neat as well. The floral embroidery iron-on transfers are here too! And they are as pristine as the rest of the contents. This pattern is pre-owned --i.e. bought at a store, brought home and stored in a sewing cabinet. But it has never been \"used\" for sewing.
