This comic wassubmitted to CGC as a pre-screen candidate. I purchased a stack of these pre-screenCGC comics from a local dealer over 10 years ago; this dealer is still activeon . At the time, he was only interested in slabbing 9.6 / 9.8 grade booksas that’s what would net him the most money.
Any writing on thissticker is from the dealer, not a CGC employee.
Given theimprovements with pressing / cleaning comics in the past years, thesepre-screen issues might well be good candidates today for the CCS/CGC 9.8roulette!
