Seth Thomas 854 Speed Read Cube Lite Flip Clock Working ReadThis cube flip clock has been disassembled and cleaned, while the clock keeps time, like most sealed can motors it's noisy. The neon glow bulb is original but very dim. It has been reassembled and restored recently. This unit was recently tested for 1 week and kept time.
Some things to mention:The display light bulb is original and dim.The motor produces a constant noise, The motor was pried open, I assume someone's attempt to address the noise. New old stock motors come up for sale occasionally.Being a fully mechanical clock with age, I can't guarantee it will keep perfect time over long periods, but that is something that affects all mechanical and analog clocks.There is some discoloration to the clock
May have some typical signs of use including surface scratches, but overall very clean.
