Offered here is an antique andRare 19" X 8 1/2"1910's Cortland, N.Y., State Normal School Soft Felt Pennant, from before the original school burnt down in 1919. This is in excellent condition with an light 'old' odor with moth balls. Has some soiling on the white ties and top stripe.All of the 1910's pennants we have listed came from the same estate.
