This is a NOS New Old Stock US Government Military Surplus part. This is out of a winterization kit, but it will still accomplish the same thing for a great engine primer for cold weather, no more gettingunder the hood! This comes with everything you need (and pictured) The pump, lines, jets, instructions, everything and comes in the original box.
