Saad was born in Milan, Italy in 1950 and immigrated to Israel in 1969. He lived and worked in Moshav Ramot Meir. Studies: 1965-1969 Art school: “ Liceo Artistico Dell’ Accademia Di Belle Arti Di Brera, Milan, Italy. 1989-1991 Art instructor course, Israel Museum, Jerusalem. In 1992 he won the Ministers Award for Jewish culture from the Ministry of Education and Culture. From 1992 Art instructor. Member of the illustrators’ association in Israel, member of the Israel Miniature art society and member of the Israeli artists and sculptors society.
