For sale are two Civil War ironclad ships the Monitor and Merrimack.
These model ships are made by Berkeley Design and are in good condition. A tag on the bottom of the Monitor says “Made in China 229074B This is not a toy not recommended for children”. The size if the Monitor is about 15 1/2 inches long by about 2 1/2 inches high at the turret. Also on the model is a tag the says “U.S.S. Monitor 1862”. The Merrimack has a similar tag that says “C.S.S. Virginia 1862”. The size if the C.S.S. Virginia is about 24 1/2 inches long by about 3 1/4 inches high.
Great ships for a collector of old memorabilia.
