Antique Large GOULD Aqua Glass Farm House Battery Jar 13 1/2\" High:

There is a very small chip at the top edge. Due to the bubbling and imperfections in the manufacturing process I believe this to be a bubble imperfection that was chipped. See photos for details.

These were used in the late 1920’s 1930’s before AC electricity was available. They were used with a generator to charge the batteries for home and farm lighting systems.

These are handmade items from the 20’s and 30’s and therefore have some bubbles, waviness and imperfections.
