Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working SETH THOMAS Fancy Victorian Brass and Glass Crystal Regulator Mantel Shelf Clock, made by The Seth Thomas Clock Company Thomaston Conn USA, Circa 1900. It has a Beautiful Large Classic Style Footed Gilt Brass and Beveled Glass Case with Ornate Fancy Base and Top with Black Painted Cast Iron Insert with Applied Ornate Decorative Trim in High Relief. All the Beveled Glass is Good!!! This Has a Clean Porcelain Dial with Arabic Style Numerals, Signed "Seth Thomas", Very Clean! This Clock has a Seth Thomas Round Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement, with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime which Strikes Once On The Half Hour and the Correct Amount Of Times On The Hour for the Time. It is Signed "ST USA" and "Made in U.S. America". There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Correct Glass Vial Regulator Pendulum. The Clock Measures approx. 10 3/4" Tall x 6 1/4" Wide x 5" Deep. This Clock is in Good Working Condition and Strikes Correctly, But Has Not Been Serviced, Sold As Found!
