- Once the item(s) arrive we take time to inspect them for defects, (particularly, any damage that would bring the grade down below NEAR MINT), and will notify you before shipping if anything is found. A full refund is always an option for any PRESALE items that arrive to us damaged.
- Our biggest strength as a seller is our pack-&-ship process:
- All comics are individually bagged and boarded.
- Single comics are inserted into a tyvek mailer and then a bubble-wrap envelope.
- Paired comics are bundled together in an extra mylar bag andinserted directly into a bubble-wrap envelope.
- Envelopes are expertly packed inside a tri-fold Diamond comic mailer and a shipping label is affixed.
- Tracking is automatically uploaded to the order once the shipping label is created.
