Most likely just a random artist that made this it is initialed D.B however a very cool piece and things you don’t see to often. Someone did the all by hand and it definitely took some hours. The artist work is incredible and really detailed. The picture frame itself has wear to corners and paint is cracked around frame. This is due to age the back is full closed in cursive name Noel maybe it was a gift to them. This would be great for any cat lover however.
