Important group of an impressive career. Officer was commander or Ted’s Traveling Circus 8th AAC, he volunteered with the RAF in 1941 when the Americans joined the war he transferred to 8th Army Air Corps. He kept his original RAF log book for the whole war which has 51 combat missions including DDay, Torch, Italy, Romania, bulge, Market Garden, everything ETO he flew, as well as hundreds of other logs.

A large amount of documents including all jackets, lots of squadron rolls, mission instructions, top secret etc etc.

One of the best is four photo albums which starts when he joined RAF and ends with the fall of Berlin, all albums are full and every photo is described with names, a ton of crew photos in front of Nose Art, a lot of combat photos and others in Theatre, they are spectacular I am not going to photo all of them as they have never seen before but I would say around 500 top grade in total. Some of the combat photos are during D-Day, D-day Sicily, torch, Romania.

There is also a scrapbook from when he or his friends ended up in the paper maybe collected by his wife, then there is a tin box filled with wings pins, patches a watch clippings etc

Then a pretty spectacular painted flight jacket, the cuffs are pretty shot but everything else on the jacket is in good condition.

The group came out of the Central Coast of California, some of the group was separated and I’ve spent a lot of time and money putting it back together, and I don’t know know but maybe a few other bits might pop up..
