The interior neck collar features a stunning, rare vintage silver-embroidered crest label from the historic Hugh McPhillips & Son Ecclesiastical Outfitters of Cincinnati, Ohio (a renowned mid-century maker of custom clergy vestments).

While it carries this magnificent vintage collector's label, the robe itself has been updated/constructed with modern high-performance materials for ease of care and daily use. It features a heavy-duty nylon coil zipper, modern hook-and-loop (Velcro) fly closures, and deep, machine-pressed vertical fluting along the shoulders and back yoke that retains its shape flawlessly.
