$70.00
Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic pair of vintage 1930s Depression-era Green Uranium Glass Salt and Pepper Shakers made by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company. This set features the classic vertical paneled "Ribbon" (sometimes referred to by collectors as "Paperclip") pattern on a footed pedestal base.Key Features & Details:
• Authentic Maker's Mark: Both shakers prominently feature the embossed, genuine Hazel-Atlas "H over A" monogram logo on the very bottom of the pedestal bases.
• Uranium Glow: These pieces are made with uranium dioxide, giving them a brilliant, bright neon green glow when exposed to a UV blacklight (tested with both 365nm and 395nm).
• Lids: Includes both original metal screw-on shaker caps.
Condition:
• Glass: Excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, flea bites, or severe bruising to the glass bodies or threading. The glass remains clear with great color.
• Lids: The metal lids show light, uniform age-appropriate patina and tarnish consistent with being nearly a century old, but they screw on perfectly and have no severe crushing or heavy rust holes. Related Items:
