Authentic vintage Frederick Cooper Chinoiserie"Penwork" Box Table Lamp,Lithographed tin (Toleware) shaped like a traditional flaredRegency tea caddy or stationery box.Mounted on 4 brass Lions claw feet.Manufactured at the historic Chicago, Illinois facility,"Frederick Cooper Chicago" foil label affixed to brass socket shell.Original lampshade spider fitter is stamped"F. COOPER LAMPS" into the metalwork.The black fabric shade has what appears to bebamboo leaf design.Measures 21" to top of shade,10 1/4" wide 6" deep at base.16" wide shadeNice working condition, rewired,minor wear for age, well kept,unusual hard to find lamp compared to mostof their tea caddy lamps.Dragonfly finial included.PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES FOR THE CONDITION OF THIS ITEM.
