This isone bookend from the original Fitz & Floyd Heron bookend pair. The discontinued Heron bookends were crafted in Japan and are increasingly difficult to find individually — making this an especially useful piece for someone looking to replace a missing or damaged bookend from an existing set.
Excellent vintage used condition overall. There isone micro chip to the tip of a leaf, clearly shown in the close-up photograph. Otherwise, the piece presents beautifully with no other chips or cracks 1/8" tallbased on the documented dimensions for this Fitz & Floyd Heron bookend.
