This is a Japanese produced Erich Stauffer figurine of a German Shepherd.

The bottom shows designed by Erich Stauffer with some other little marks I couldn't find online. It's numbered 8271.

Doesn't have the crown and arrows so not Arnart, I suppose.

Definitely learned a little of this maker's history.

Likely made after 1953, but I am unsure.

Erich Stauffer pieces are sought after.

Measure 8.9 ounces, ~5" long, 3.25" wide, 6.25" tall.

Does remind me of that Always Sunny episode and Dogmeat from Fallout.
