It is 8 1/2" long (total) and the bakelite handle is 3 1/4" long. It is STAINLESS STEEL and in EXCELLENT vintage condition with NO rust/pitting. The bakelite has no chips, cracks, crazing or burn marks....It is a product from the ANDROCK line of utensils from the WASHBURN CO.
