Offered is a CDV photo of a tailor measuring a man from his waist to his shoulder.Photo is by (Lewis) Howe & Co., Sycamore, Illinois
The Civil War era revenue stamp is cancelled "L. HOWE JUN 1865".
Size is 2 1/2" x 4".
Condition: There is a water stain in the upper left corner that has caused a 1 1/2" separation of the photo from the card. It goes in at the worst about 1/2" and could be re-glued. The rest of the photo is sound.
