New unissued, will have normal scuffs etc and dust etc from storage......pictures are of actual item.Measures approx 20 inches wide,22 inches tall.....pocket on back measures approx 10 inches wide and 10 inches tall and 5 inches thickness.all black parts are full grain leather.....has strap points on lid for a bedroll and strap points on the rear and sides. side strap points are riveted leather,all other strap points are steel,not plastic.These are super heavy duty and meant stand the test of time......this will keep items dry and secure.....
