incredibly rare, exceptionally well-preserved piece of New Orleans liquid history: an authentic **pre-Prohibition turn-mold green glass bottle** for **Crème de Cacao-Chouao à la Vanille**, dating from roughly **1899–1912**. This museum-quality bottle features a stunning, multi-tiered set of original paper labels linking two legendary names in the turn-of-the-century Southern liquor trade: **The Facio Distilling Co.** and **L.E. Jung** (famous owner of Peychaud's Bitters and prominent New Orleans importer/distributor).Condition Report* **Glass:** Excellent antique condition. No cracks, chips, or major bruising. Deep, rich olive-green glass with natural historic glass bubbles.
* **Labels:** Remarkably vibrant color and legibility for being over 115 years old. The handwritten "Paul Facio Dpt" portion of the neck label is entirely intact and beautifully legible, though **please note the paper strap is torn across the top of the cork** as shown in the close-up photos. Minor age-toning and tiny scuffs as pictured.
* **Contents & Closure:** The original antique, hand-cut cork remains tightly wedged inside the hand-finished collar. The liquid has evaporated over the decades ("the angels' share"), and the bottle is sold empty/as-is for historical display purposes only. Related Items:
