Rare Pre-Prohibition Ph. Zang Brewing Co. "Snappy" Non-Alcoholic Bottle

Enhance your breweriana collection with an exceptional and hard-to-find artifact of early 20th-century Denver brewing history. Offered is an authentic, amber glass bottle featuring the original colorful paper label for "Snappy," a non-alcoholic cereal beverage produced by the historic Ph. Zang Brewing Company.

Historical Significance: As local and national dry laws took hold in the years leading up to Prohibition, major breweries like Ph. Zang pivoted to producing non-intoxicating "near-beer" beverages to keep operations afloat. Surviving bottles with intact original labels from this transition era are scarce collector pieces.

Details & Condition:

Beautiful amber glass bottle displaying classic period manufacturing characteristics.

Retains the original multi-color lithographed paper label featuring charming period picnic/outdoor graphics.

Includes a perforation/date stamp detail right on the label (10-25-18), providing precise chronological context from October 1918.

Preserved in solid vintage condition, showing honest age-appropriate patination. Please review all photos for exact condition details.

Collector Appeal: A premier display piece for advanced collectors of Colorado history, pre-Prohibition breweriana, and rare antique bottles.
