Gorgeous Wrought Iron Tripod LampAmish / Colonial AmericanLovely condition!This beautiful original antique floor lamp has been freshly rewired, the socket cleaned and tested, and it is ready to use and enjoy.
It is hand forged wrought iron with a black painted finish (with just small marks & rubs in the finish - see closeups).It has an adjustable shade-height by squeezing the wrought iron swirl that touches the main pole, and then moving that bridge arm up or down to the desired height.So versatile!
The clip-on shade is in great condition, with only a teeny mark here or there (see closeups).Use one standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts - we suggest using an LED bulb for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light and don't produce much heat.This will help protect the shade materials for years to come.Bulb not included.We used a taller-height bulb for the shade to sit at the correct height above the socket, as shown (approximately 5.5-6" height bulb - easy to find online if needed - search for tall or large E26 bulb).
