I'M NOT SURE IF THESE WERE EVER MADE AVAILABLE OR JUST FOR CREW MEMBERS. THERE ARE A FEW DOUBLES. THE CARDBOARD DISPLAY IS 8 3/4" ACROSS. THIS IS AN AMAZING COLLECTIBLE.
