$49.00

Authentic Goebel M.I. Hummel figurine “Mountaineer” (HUM 315). German title on the base: I’ hab’s erreicht.

A young Bavarian hiker sits on a rocky peak with walking staff, edelweiss in his hat, orange neckerchief, green jacket, and hiking boots. Sculpted by Gerhard Skrobek (modeled 1955; introduced 1964).

Marks

• Incised M.I. Hummel signature on the side of the base
• Blue Goebel / Germany trademark (TMK-7, 1991–1999)
• Handwritten on the underside:
  Hans Fial
  #1 Master Painter
  Feb-8-1997
• Original AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange) price sticker $142.50
• Small handwritten “95”

This is a factory-signed 1997 piece, not just a standard production example. “#1 Master Painter” is a Goebel workshop title used on selected 1997–98 pieces.

Condition
Please judge from the photos. No box. Original PX sticker still on the base. Look closely at the staff, hat brim, fingers, and rock flowers — those are the usual stress points on 315.

Size
Approx. 5 to 5.25 inches tall.

Shipping
Will be packed with the staff protected (wrap the stick separately from the body if possible). Smoke-free home.
